TVS Limited Warranty

What Does This Warranty Cover?

All parts manufactured by TVS, Inc. are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. All other parts, pieces, and motors are warranted by their respective manufacturers. This warranty applies only to the person who originally purchased the system.

What Doesn’t This Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any TVS system that has not been installed according to local building codes. When installed properly, this product will remove most odors at the stool.

TVS, Inc. is not responsible for, nor does it warrant or guarantee the work or performance of any person who installs the toilet ventilator system, such as a contractor, plumber, electrician, or other installer.

This warranty does not cover damage or failures that are caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, or alteration, or damage that is attributable to a natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, or fire.

The warranty specifically excludes damages to persons, structures, fixtures, or other items resulting from improper installation, storage, or use of this product.

The written content in this warranty supersedes any verbal representations. If any disagreements arise as a result of this warranty, any and all disputes must be settled by use of arbitration in the state of North Dakota.

What is the Period of Coverage?
  • 60 days from date of purchase for residential installation
  • 30 days from date of purchase for commercial installation
What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

TVS, Inc. will replace any missing, broken, or nonfunctional part free of charge within the coverage period if the part is missing, broken, or damaged. See our returns policy for instructions on how to return a broken or nonfunctional part.

What Won’t We Do?

TVS will reject any returns made under this warranty that are not in accordance with instructions provided by TVS, Inc. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

How Do You Get Service?

Any claim made under this warranty must be accompanied by a clearly legible copy of the original receipt for purchase showing the date of purchase, the product number, and the price paid. Replacement of the product or any parts requires the return of the defective product or parts for an exchange. You must follow the procedures outlined in the Returns Policy to return any product or part.

How Does State Law Relate to This Warranty?

This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States of America. The laws of the State of North Dakota, U.S.A., will apply to this Limited Warranty.

Returns Policy

Only merchandise purchased directly from TVS, Inc. may be returned to TVS, Inc. Merchandise purchased from sellers including retail stores, Internet merchants, distributors, dealers, or building contractors must be returned to the place of purchase. This return guarantee may not extend to customers of a reseller of the product. The purchaser should inquire about the reseller’s policies before making a purchase.

Any person who purchases a toilet ventilation system may exchange damaged, broken, or otherwise nonfunctional parts within 30 days from the date of purchase for commercial use or within 60 days from the date of purchase for residential use. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be issued by TVS, Inc. Fill out and submit the RMA Form to receive the return merchandise authorization number. This number must be clearly written on the return package.

All returns must be accompanied by a clearly legible copy of the original receipt for purchase showing the date of purchase, the product number, and the price paid. Merchandise must be returned, at customer cost, with all literature, parts, and supplies noted on the RMA provided by TVS, Inc. Merchandise must be properly packaged according to instructions supplied on the RMA.

All defective or non-functioning parts will be replaced. Full kits may be returned for full refund, excluding the cost of shipping and handling, for a period of 30 days, and only if in the original packaging. No refunds will be made for a kit that has been removed from the packaging and installed.
